• Food & Nutrition Data: Food entries, meal photos (processed for AI analysis and not stored), calorie/macro tracking data.
• Mood & Wellness Data: Mood entries, energy levels, and notes you submit.
• Device Information: Push notification tokens for delivering reminders (optional).
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized nutrition tracking, AI-powered food analysis, and wellness guidance.
• To generate meal recommendations and weekly meal plans tailored to your profile.
• To send optional push notifications (trial reminders, wellness updates).
• To process premium subscription payments via Stripe.
• To improve the App and develop new features.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver App features:

• OpenAI / xAI (Grok): For AI-powered food analysis and wellness advice. Your food photos and questions are sent to these services for processing.
• ElevenLabs: For text-to-speech voice features. Text content is sent for audio generation.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. Food photos submitted for AI analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also disable push notifications through your device settings at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated revision date.
